My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The room was on the small side and we had to wait over three hours before the standard check-in time, but it was tiny and had literally no insulation. The service, despite some changes due to sanitary rules, was very helpful in chasing up our tour company and organizing a perfect sightseeing tour with hop on hop off.
